From the lyrical charm of John Corigliano’s 'The Food of Love' to the rhythmic interplay of Gernot Wolfgang’s 'Encounters', this program celebrates the expressive power of chamber music. Brazilian composer João Guilherme Ripper brings warmth and vitality in his Duo Sonatina, while Gian Francesco Malipiero’s Epodi e Giambi offers a rare gem of 20th-century Italian modernism.
The evening culminates with Mozart’s radiant Quartet for Oboe and Strings in F major, K. 370, a masterwork of elegance and wit.
